Where are you located?
We are a USA based company and work with printers in Florida
and Texas to get your order to you quickly. Not because we're impatient—we're
sourdough bakers, we understand waiting—but because there's a difference
between a good ferment and unnecessary delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the US. Not because we don't love international bakers—we do—but because we're keeping things simple while we dial in our process. Like a good starter, we're starting small and growing intentionally.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking number. Monitor your package with the same attention you give your bulk ferment.
What materials are your products made of?
We use quality cotton that's soft enough for all-day wear and durable enough to survive flour dust, starter spills, and repeated washings. Check each product page for specific materials.
